System
JLap Race Manager is a state-of-art
software designed to manage Remote Control Car Races.
It’s actually a complete system with several different
modules to manage all the data involved before, during
and after the races. Each module was designed to aid in
the preparation of the races, running them and properly
publishing their results at the track as well as over
the Internet.
These handy modules allow
you to let the computer work during the race even by running
all the races by themselves. So you can do what you really
love: Race!
You control all the action
and you can prepare the results to help get across the
points you need to manage a great race.
Set up all the events you
want in advance. Manage the heats and the mains all year
around, even if you have several track layouts. And if
you need to change any kind of information, you can do
it, even if a race is already in progress.

Voice
A nice
female computerized voice, via your current
PA system, will keep the drivers informed about time down
and to go, racers positions, lap records and a lot of
other important things!!! Now the Race Director won't
have an excuse not to turn marshall !!!.

Customize dynamically almost
any aspect of the visual appearance of JLap's screens.
Over twenty different skins are supplied and if you really
want to have a very unique look for your track, club or
hobby shop, we may developed it for you.

System Requirements
To run JLap Race
Manager your computer must have the following system configuration:
- Microsoft Windows 95 OSR2, 98, Me, NT 4.0, 2000,
XP or later version
- Pentium 200 MHz processor (400 MHz recommended) or
equivalent
- 64 MB RAM (96 MB recommended)
- Windows-compatible sound card (recommended)
- 12 MB of hard-disk space for program installation
- AMB20 or AMBrc Lap Counter Decoder
Note: The
system checks for the Decoder in all of the serial ports
of the computer and if none was found, allows you to simulate
it using the computer keyboard.
For special features such
as multiple monitors and implementation using multiple
computers over a LAN (Local Area Network), additional
hardware is required.
